Introduction

We help teenagers struggling with stress, anger, acting out, and self-isolation as they do the developmentally appropriate but challenging work of individuating from their families. Using CBT, ACT, and culturally-sensitive modalities, our clients learn to recognize their changing values, build resiliency, manage stress, and connect with their families and broader culture. Through our work together, effectively communicate their needs, successfully navigate competing priorities, and enjoy the newly crafted relationship with their parents.
