Introduction

Are you feeling stuck, alone, and confused? Are you feeling overwhelmed, insecure, and feeling low at times? I am passionate about working with adults suffering with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, cultural diversity issues, stress management, and life transitions. I would like to invite you to join me in beginning your therapeutic journey with me so we can work towards your needs and goals. I integrate psychodynamic and CBT/DBT practices to guide you to build self esteem, uncover unconscious conflicts, strive for improved self awareness, and begin learning coping strategies to manage distressing emotions that you are feeling presently . You are unique so my therapeutic approach will be designed using a collaborative approach. You may be feeling overwhelmed however I offer a therapeutic space where you can feel as comfortable as you can to open up.
