Introduction

I believe that everyone deserves to have a supportive environment in which to explore their problems and discover creative solutions. Realizing that you need help, and seeking it out, can be a daunting experience. I strive to provide a safe and compassionate collaborative relationship to assist every client with their personal process of change and with achieving their goals. I have an integrative approach to therapy which uses psychodynamic, person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based, and solution focused therapies to help clients become empowered to make positive changes in their lives. I have worked extensively in both community mental health and in private practice settings with clients struggling with a variety of issues. I specialize in helping clients who are experiencing difficulties related to trauma and anxiety, as well as depression, anger management, and relationship issues. I enjoy working with teens and adults. Our goal for the therapeutic process will be to assist you in gaining greater self-awareness, and learning new coping skills to help you create a happier and more satisfying life.
