Introduction

Welcome to my site. The sweet spot of my practice is helping individuals work with and heal from toxic relationships. Toxic relationships or environments impact our mood, our sense of safety, self esteem, identity, as well as how we see and relate to others and the world around us. This kind of toxicity comes in many forms. Sometimes through our families, our romantic partners, our friends, work environments, our cultural, social, and religious experiences. In particular, I specialize in experiences such as: coercion, grooming, chronic manipulation, individual gaslighting, collective gaslighting, trauma bonds, betrayal blindness, etc., I create a warm and nurturing space that is also directive. My job is to work myself out of a job so I am very attuned to the goals we set together.
