Introduction

I am a clinical and sport psychologist, and have dedicated my career to helping top-tier athletes develop a high-performance mindset and well-being strategies to reach their full potential. I has a private practice in Del Mar, where I specialize in working with high-school, collegiate, Olympic, and professional athletes. I currently serves as a sport psychology consultant to the University of San Diego’s (USD) Athletic Department and other collegiate and professional athletic teams throughout San Diego. Prior to my work with USD, I held a 15-year faculty appointment at San Diego State University, where I developed the Student-Athlete Mental Health and Wellness program with the Athletics Department. I am a member of the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) Sport Psychology and Mental Health Registries and the National Basketball Player’s Association’s (NBPA) Mental Health and Wellness Registry. I help to empower clients to accomplish their goals and improve their quality of life.
