Introduction

I am a licensed psychologist committed to helping people improve their quality of life. My work focuses on treating OCD, anxiety and mood disorders, and behavioral and interpersonal difficulties. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help my clients reach their goals. With a warm and down-to-earth style, I aim to provide a genuine therapeutic relationship that allows my clients to increase their self-awareness and work towards increased autonomy over their lives. While most of my current work is clinical in nature, I am also a certified school psychologist in NJ. I received my Psy.D. from Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) in the School Psychology program. I completed my postdoctoral training at Stress and Anxiety Services of NJ, a private practice specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders, and my predoctoral internship at Achieve Behavioral Health, a large community behavioral health center in NY. I also completed doctoral training in Rutgers University’s specialized ADHD clinic (and founded their school-based clinic program), as well as in both public and private school settings. I provide in-person and virtual therapy options in NJ, as well as virtual therapy to NY and all PSYPACT participating states.
