Hi. I am a professional counselor with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I know there are times in life in which we feel stuck. Talk therapy with a good listener can help you "say it out loud" and start to gain more power and control over your life and your relationships. I have additional training in marriage and family counseling as well as child development. I believe people need to be listened to and cared about for positive changes to happen in their lives. I do sessions via video or phone. I want to make it as easy as possible to find the care you need. I accept Blue Cross, United and Aetna insurances. I am also in network with many Employee Assistance Programs.
