Introduction

Life can be hard, and at times very painful. We can easily get stuck and need a little help to get back on track. I have over 18 years of clinical experience providing counseling to teens, adults, couples and families as they navigate and resolve some of life’s toughest challenges. I believe that all individuals possess an innate ability to heal and to grow with the right support and resources. I consider it an honor to work with my clients as they seek to regain balance and hope. Change is possible!! When you work with me you will find my approach is highly relational. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety and depression and provide variety of clinical modalities including EMDR. I also work with individuals struggling with many other concerns.
