Introduction

Hi, My name is Sheryl and I am the owner of Brave Enough, LLC. I work with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and family sessions. I have more experience with grief, women's issues, parenting strategies, and LGBTQIA+. I am skilled in person-centered therapy, play therapy, parenting strategies, grief/loss, CBT, and DBT. I have seen many individuals and families experience a better quality of life and less stress with these approaches. I know that starting therapy can be hard and scary. So, my goal is to create a safe space for you where you can feel heard. This is a judgement-free zone. I have been told that my "laid back" approach helps new clients ease into the whole process.
