Introduction

I obtained my undergraduate degree in social work and completed an advanced standing program in masters of social work from Hunter College in NYC. I have over twenty years of experience working with diverse populations ranging from children to older adults. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma through cognitive behavioral therapy. I facilitate the transition of the older population and their adult children/ caregivers through the advanced stages of life. By working with me, clients will gain skills to help them move through challenging life transitions and overcome barriers. I offer space that will ideally allow you to obtain the best version of yourself in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
