I believe every person has intrinsic value, gifts, talents and strengths that are disrupted by past trauma, broken relationships, and life stressors. As a result, many people struggle with ongoing depression, anxiety and other challenges that prevent them from living their best life. These experiences can interrupt a person's ability to experience joy or hope in their life, work and relationships. I offer a safe space for you to process challenging thoughts, feelings and experiences and learn a new way of living. I work with individuals and couples to help with the challenges of living with chronic anxiety, depression, ongoing stress, and other relational challenges. For couples therapy, I specialize in conflict management, effective and healthy communication, managing relationship transitions, developing emotional connection and restoring healthy intimacy.
