Hello, My name is Sherrie-An and I've worked in the mental health field, in all levels of care, for over 27 yrs. My goal is to meet your needs in each session so you can anticipate my asking, "what do YOU need today? or What would be most helpful for you to focus on?" You may not always know, and that is ok. I am very personable and come from a place of non-judgment. I'm not here to judge you, we do enough of that to ourselves. My goal is to listen, to walk beside you, and to help you to find the tools that you already have within you, to navigate life more effectively and ultimately, to help you to live your best life~whatever that looks like for you.
