Introduction

I am a native Texan who has practiced as a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 13 years in the Round Rock area. There is a huge need for help with undiagnosed myofunctional disorders: difficulty breathing through your nose or swallowing and eating efficiently. I hope to help people address these needs with a holistic approach using exercises and behavioral modification techniques that help integrate oral and facial muscles with proper breath to create harmony in function and to bring joy back to their lives.
