It is important for you to feel heard and understood. I believe the safety of the therapeutic relationship is the key. Together we will create an environment that allows you to engage in a meaningful exploration of the issues that are impacting your well-being. Therapy is a collaborative process and my role is to empower you to reach your goals. The first step is to get to know who you are and what is happening. We look at what is working for you and strengthen those skills. We then identify the goals that are most important to you and create small steps to get there. My aim is to give you the ability to build small successes that add up to big ones! I look forward to working together and creating new possibilities.
