Welcome to my zone. Do you feel anxious or depressed, confused about big life decisions. Having trouble with your child, I see children also. I attended Capella University, graduated with a Master’s degree in school counseling and a concentration in Mental Health. As a counselor, I am trained to diagnose and provide individual and group counseling. My training includes a total of 3 years as a certified school counselor for Palm Beach school district. My specialties include depression, anxiety, self-harm, ADHD and Social & Emotional Learning. Allow me to work with you and we can take small steps to find solutions.
