I help people feel more confident about life transitions, process and resolve patterns that originate from chaotic childhoods, learn how to set healthy boundaries in relationships, and just plain out feel more at peace. I can help you find your voice, identify your vulnerabilities, stop people-pleasing, and feel more settled in mind and body. I have specific training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and trauma therapy. Why Therapy? Maybe it was a story you told about your childhood and the room went silent. Maybe it was an argument between you and your partner and you thought “I can’t keep doing this.” Maybe someone in your life said “You should really get yourself some therapy.” Maybe you just feel alone.
