Introduction

As an experienced therapist and Certified Divorce Transition and Recovery coach, I help professional men and women who are in lonely, disconnected, or hostile marriages, who wonder if it is worth saving or if divorce is the best thing, and worry that they will stay stuck in misery forever if they don’t do something. I help them gain clarity about staying or going, work on achieving a happy marriage if they decide to stay, or help them manage the overwhelm of getting out if divorce is their decision. What ever direction, I help them achieve healing and find joy and peace in their lives again.
