My name is Shereema Molette and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have been a therapist for 15 years, working in different facets of the counseling field. I have experience working with individuals (children & adults), couples, and families, addressing a multitude of life issues. I provide a judge-free zone allowing those I serve to understand what they receive from counseling is guidance and understanding. My expertise is working with Mood Disorders, PTSD, and Anxiety Disorders. The modalities used are CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused Approach. My counseling style is inquisitive with a warm approach. I like to ask questions that will cause you to think and ponder about until the next session. I come with an open mind, treating everyone with respect, compassion, and the purpose of destigmatizing mental health. Everyone is their own individual therefore, your treatment will be tailored to the client's needs and abilities.
