Introduction

In my professional experience, the most effective therapeutic outcomes are achieved when a therapist and client collaborate effectively, concentrating on specific objectives. The therapeutic alliance is the foundation upon which healing and progress towards these goals are built. It is paramount that you establish a comfortable rapport with a psychotherapist who you feel at ease discussing the intricate details of your life. With over 35 years of experience in clinical social work, I have had the privilege of working in both clinic and private practice settings. My expertise encompasses the treatment of diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches, including reality-oriented, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused brief therapy. I have extensive experience in addressing the following conditions: Acute Stress Disorder, Adjustment Disorders, Anger Management, Anxiety/Panic Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Bereavement, Depression, Divorce, Domestic Violence, Impulse Control Disorder, LGBTQ+ issues, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I am a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH). Currently, I am offering TeleHealth appointments to individuals over the age of 18.
