Introduction

Hello! I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensed in New York. I have been in private practice for over 4 years. I provide individual counseling as well as couples counseling and pre-marital counseling. I provide therapy for adults who may be going through difficult transitions in their lives as well as those who feel they would like to work on mental wellness as a whole. I collaborate with my clients to ensure their needs are met in session and provide tools that can be applied outside of the therapeutic setting. My clients will learn coping skills that will assist with stress reduction and symptom management. They will be able to integrated their learned skills into their every day lives.
