Introduction

I am passionate about helping people become more consistent to set & reach goals, reduce avoidance, reclaim or find contentment, and recover from, work through, and endure challenging circumstances. I obtained a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and post masters training at the Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. I have been working as a Therapist for 7 years and offer an approach that is non-judgmental with honest feedback, fostering an environment that allows your inner critic to be heard, accepted, and invited to take a back seat in your life. Virtual Counseling sessions are convenient and available for Adults 18+, Monday-Friday, with appointments as late as 9pm, and on Saturday afternoons. I offer a competitive private pay rate and session time. If you are using insurance, I accept Cigna and Aetna and can help you get set-up through an Alma Client portal. Please contact me for a 15 minute complimentary consultation to set you on a path to reach your therapeutic goals.
