Introduction

Whether you're struggling with anxiety and depression, relationships, or a history of trauma, knowing you don't have to be alone in this journey is essential. No two individuals are the same, and I tailor our sessions to address challenges unique to you. My counseling is rooted in compassion and collaboration and, as a Christian, a Biblical worldview. I combine this with Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, CBT, and other interventions based on the individual needs of my clients. We will work together to explore your struggles and how to overcome them. Together, we will discuss your goals for therapy, and I will develop a treatment plan to help you accomplish them. Therapy is an interactive process that involves learning new skills, exploring your concerns, and understanding your mental health on a deeper level.
