Introduction

The office has a private entrance, but it is not handicap accessible. Office hours include evenings and weekend appointments. Telehealth and in person sessions are available. My expertise are in the areas of Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, Divorce, Family Conflict, Marriage/Couple Counseling, Premarital Counseling and Stress Management. Therapy approach consist of, Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prepare Enrich, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Strength-Based, Structural Family Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy. The initial session consists of asking about current concerns, symptoms, and personal history. As well as asking about the relationships, work or school, and other aspects of your life to get a better understanding of the issues facing. Also, discuss goals for therapy and what the individual hope to achieve through treatment. The individual will also have the opportunity for the individual to ask the any questions and to get a sense of the therapist's style and approach to treatment.
