Introduction

Hello, I am glad you are here. I know that trying to cope with added pressures in life can create anxiety and depressive symptoms that, at times, feel lonely, strenuous, and persistent. What is often overlooked is the fear, guilt, loss, anger, and sadness associated with the changes it has brought to your life and those around you. Attending counseling can be an essential aspect of your healthcare strategy. I have 25 years of experience in the mental health and addiction field, serving people of all ages at various levels of care, including non-profit, corporate, and for-profit small businesses. We will work together to alleviate stress-related symptoms from work, life, relationships, parent-child issues, substance use struggles, or chronic health issues. I provide professional online counseling via video or phone. I am a real-talking, strength-building, solution-finding therapist. I believe that healing is a process and that change is possible when we assume responsibility for that change. I am excited to meet you and offer guidance toward the area of your life in which you want to see growth. Regards, Shelley
