Introduction

I am Shelley and a Trauma specialist. My path to healing began many years ago when I sought help for myself and my family. I am happy to say I have been on both sides of the couch. I love my clients and believe they possess within themselves what it takes to find healing. My role in that path is to help identify those strengths and find safety within their own bodies. My goal is to help foster safety and guide toward a brain and body connection that is necessary for healing.
