Shelia Holmes is originally from Huntsville, Alabama and considers Auburn as her second home. She attended Auburn University earning a bachelors degree in Psychology and a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Shelia is currently a doctoral student in the Counselor Education and Supervision program at the University of the Cumberlands. Shelia provides therapy to help with various concerns from episodes of depression, anxiety, and self esteem to highlight a few. She is a national certified counselor and member of the counseling honor society Chi Sigma Iota. She strives to provide therapy that embarks on gaining insight and focusing on change. Shelia has provided mental health counseling in various settings ranging from hospital inpatient care, prison system, community mental health, and a college campus.
