Hello, I am Sheldon Kauffman PhD, a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania, National Certified Counselor, and certified trauma professional. I came to the counseling profession after 20 years as an Army combat engineer followed by many years as an international businessman. My primary focus as a healthcare provider is helping other military veterans and first responders deal with the trauma they face and the difficulties of reintegrating into a society that seldom seems to understand. Everyone's experience is different but sometimes only someone who has "been there" can understand enough to help you find meaning in the types of experiences so often faced by those in uniform. I don't have the answers for your life, but I can help you work through whatever you are facing to find them for yourself. Let's walk through the valley together. (In-person and telehealth appointments available.)
