Introduction

You may feel like you keep finding yourself on the same path, no matter how many times you walk off. You may feel like everything inside is a knotted ball of yarn, mixed up and hard to follow. Or maybe you feel like you've run out of ideas on how to change or what to do. It's lonely, confusing, and frustrating to be in this position, like stumbling through a forest with no sun (or mountains!) to tell you which direction you're headed. I can help you break patterns, untangle your inner mind, and take a step back to find a new perspective. I use an integrative approach that's both challenging and relational, mixing my training with my experience, combining the science and the art of being a practitioner. I'm neurodivergent and no stranger to therapy, anxiety, burnout, or trauma. But I have been able to find the things I needed in the situations I didn’t deserve, and I want to help you do the same.
