Whether you're struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, depression, panic disorder, agoraphobia, generalized anxiety, depersonalization-derealization disorder, intrusive thoughts, health anxiety, self-esteem, or challenges in relationships, dating, and singleness—I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll create a warm and encouraging space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at a pace that feels comfortable for you! I use an integrative approach, blending evidence-based methods like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based techniques, and Family Systems approaches. This flexibility allows us to tailor therapy to your unique needs and help you grow! I offer virtual-only sessions, providing accessible and convenient support from the comfort of your own space. Currently, I am pursuing my Master's in Mental Health Counseling while gaining valuable experience under the guidance of Christy Sutton at Sustaining Grace Consulting.
