Introduction

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker, with 7+ years of experience providing individual therapy to treat a full range of mental health needs including trauma, grief, mood disorders, relationship and life stressor concerns. I consider it an honor to be a witness to the lives, stories, and growth of my clients. I strive to provide a space where those who meet with me can develop a sense of safety to share and express what they need in order to heal unresolved hurts and achieve their personal therapy goals. Clients work with me on building insight, practicing acceptance, challenging unhelpful thought & behavior patterns, and learning skills to improve their self-care and coping. I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to address traumas and unresolved underlying sources of present distress. I also draw on a mix of therapies to best meet your personal needs; including Schema, ACT, IFS, CBT and DBT. Trauma Informed Care and Anti-Racist Psychotherapy principles are foundational to my therapeutic approach. Life can get complex and overwhelming sometimes, and anyone can be weighed down by the things that have happened to them, or by difficult thoughts or emotions they are experiencing within themselves. I invite you to call me for a consult to see if I may be a good fit for you, and if so to work with me on addressing your mental health needs. You can contact me by phone or by the contact button on the top of this page.
