Introduction

Hi! My name is Shelbi Vickers, and I have been working with children since I was a child myself at 18 years old. Now, I have the opportunity to practice counseling with children and their families. You or your child may be experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, stress management, or major life changes. I can walk with you during these difficult times, and assist in discovery of solutions that will help meet your goals. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on evidence-based therapeutic modalities to tailor interventions to the unique needs of each individual. By creating a collaborative and supportive environment, I aim to facilitate personal growth, enhance emotional well-being, and build stronger relationships. When life feels difficult and complex, impacting one’s mental health, it can be challenging to make the decision to reach out for assistance. You do not have to deal with your struggles alone – my hope is to provide professional, competent, and non-judgmental support.
