Sheila Nolan

MA, LMHP, LPC Therapist Collaborative Psych Practitioners
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Self Esteem, Trauma, Relationship Issues,

Introduction

The therapeutic relationship is a significant factor in how effective therapy will be. Take time to shop around for the right person whether it's me or another therapist. Make sure they are someone who views you as greater than the problems you face. Your therapist should empower you, working with you to create a plan and develop goals to support you. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loyola University and Masters in Mental Health and Counseling with a specialty in trauma from Cambridge College. I utilize a multifaceted approach to treating the whole person. If you think that we would work well together let's talk. I look forward to getting to know you.
