Introduction

If you struggle with limiting beliefs, trauma, relationships, anxiety, depression, a history of Internet or porn addiction, body image, or sexual abuse, my holistically focused approach to therapy can help you find center again. I specialize in supporting individuals who are currently or formerly involved in sex work, helping them heal and make sense of their unique journeys. Another specialty is supporting women and men who are navigating the complexities of abusive relationships or dealing with narcissistic partners. My practice is built on a foundation of non-judgmental understanding, empathy, and respect for your experiences. Using a trauma-focused approach, I use creative exploration to help you discover your Self and story, the themes of your life, and the power of living authentically. My goal is to provide a safe and empathetic space where you can explore your experiences, regain your strength, and develop the skills needed to move forward with confidence and resilience. Holistic, transformative, and person-centered. If you are ready to take the first step towards healing and empowerment, I am here to support you on your journey. Let me help you remove the blocks to fully living your most authentic life.
