While I have 12 years of experience in mental health, you could say helping others has been a lifelong calling. My specialty is in Trauma and I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Response (EMDR) as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I also have significant experience treating clients with Anxiety and Depression using elements of Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Mindfulness.
