I received a Bachelor of Science from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Social Work specializing in School Social Work from UIC-Jane Addams. Along with these accolades, I've served in varying capacities within the helping field. With over 14 years in Social Services, your situations and concerns are approached without judgement and recommendations are made with a fresh perspective. Treatment approaches incorporates techniques of Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavior Therapy utilizing a Strengths Perspective. I work with your strengths to incorporate non-intrusive techniques that will eventually come natural and you can apply them across various systems.
