Sheena received her Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Winona State University. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who works with her emotional support dog, Rosie. Sheena’s experiences include providing individual and group therapy along with working as an outpatient therapist in a school setting, providing home-based services, and outpatient services. Sheena is an EMDR Certified Therapist through the EMDRIA EMDR International Association. She has specialized training in AIR Network Model that helps demystify complex PTSD and Dissociation through the AIR Network Institute, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Sheena and Rosie enjoy working with adolescents and adults and they are experienced and competent in working with mood disorders, personality disorders, behavioral issues, mental health crises, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Sheena is an approved clinical supervisor through the BBHT to supervise clinical counselors.
