As a Licensed Clinician Social Worker and Certified Sex Therapist, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space that is affirming and supportive as you navigate the challenges and experiences that life presents. I take pleasure in working with individuals of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship configurations, and kink identities. Individual and Sex Therapy I aid in supporting individuals who are grappling with questions of identity, navigating relational dynamics, and undergoing significant life transitions. Many of the clients I work with are dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, peripatrum emotions, and family difficulties. I provide a therapeutic approach that is warm, attuned, deliberate, and infused with a healthy amount of humor. With a calm and curious presence, I strive to create an open-minded environment. My expertise lies in helping you explore your own story through thought-provoking questions that promote self-awareness and introspection. You are the expert of your own experience, and my role is to meet you where you are and accompany you on your journey. I currently hold licensure in both North Carolina, Nebraska, and Georgia: North Carolina (In-person or Virtual): I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in this that. Nebraska (Virtual Only): I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) in this state. Georgia (Virtual Only: I am a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) in this state. I am a Certified Sex Therapist through AASECT (American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists) I am currently enrolled in a Ph.D program for Clinical Sexology in order to provide more specific tools for those struggling in the areas of sexuality, relationship, and discovery.
