Many of the clients I work with are dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, peripatrum emotions, and family difficulties. I provide a therapeutic approach that is warm, attuned, deliberate, and infused with a healthy amount of humor. With a calm and curious presence, I strive to create an open-minded environment. My expertise lies in helping you explore your own story through thought-provoking questions that promote self-awareness and introspection. Couples Therapy Intimate relationships bring fulfillment, but balancing responsibilities like work, parenting, and caregiving can make them challenging. Life events such as having a baby, illness, or retirement, and everything in between can drain our energy and leave little time for nurturing relationships. I provide therapy services to individuals and couples in diverse relationship types, including heterosexual, gay, lesbian, non-binary, gender non-conforming, trans, kink, consensual non-monogamous, and polyamorous relationships. You are the expert of your own experience, and my role is to meet you where you are and accompany you on your journey.
