Introduction

I am accepting new clients and am excited to meet you! I am a Licensed Master of Social Work and a Certified Functional Medicine and Trauma Specialist, with over a decade of experience working with children, youth, and families. I engage with clients from a holistic perspective, considering mental, physical, and social health as equally important components of a healthy life. I believe in a personalized approach to care and offer practical skills to improve your health. I enjoy working with a variety of clients from birth to five, through childhood and adolescence, into adulthood. I focus on the treatment of general mental health, trauma related problems, adjustment issues, relationships challenges, and love to support anyone interested in improving their life. From addressing long-term, on-going challenges to managing through an issue presenting in one moment in time, I believe in your ability to adapt, heal, and thrive.
