Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor deeply committed to fostering a secure, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment for individuals seeking awareness, healing, empowerment, and a revitalized life. I firmly believe in the inherent capacity and desire for personal growth and change within each person. In your journey, my role is to authentically embody genuine compassion and understanding, providing unwavering support throughout your process. I invite you to take the initial step towards establishing a patient-therapist relationship, wherein we can collaboratively confront and overcome the challenges that may have hindered you from living a fulfilling, joyful, and replenished life. I am a proud alumnus of the University of Texas at Dallas, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. Subsequently, I furthered my education with an M.S degree in Counseling from the esteemed program at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. Prior to dedicating myself to full-time practice, I gained extensive experience working with various demographics, including perpetrators of domestic violence, at-risk youth struggling with addiction, and clients of all ages within inpatient/outpatient facilities, offering both individual and group therapy. I also served as a clinical director at an MHMR clinic. With this diverse background, I have effectively addressed issues ranging from trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief to relationship challenges, criminal conduct, and life transitions. I pledge transparency in my therapeutic approach, acknowledging that, like everyone, I have encountered life's challenges, including trauma, depression, grief, and transitions. Recognizing therapy as not just a necessity but a lifeline, I invite you to allow my therapeutic services with Project Replenish, PLLC to meet your needs and serve as your lifeline today.
