I enjoy working with adults who live with symptoms consistent with ADHD and who also suffer from emotional distress such as depression, anxiety, hoarding, grief/loss, self esteem issues, life transitions and/or trauma. My overall approach to therapy is a collaborative process that helps individuals to better understand and accept themselves, to recognize unhelpful thoughts, patterns, behaviors and triggers that are limiting, as well as those that empower. With added emphasis on problem-solving, acceptance and mindfulness, I assist you in developing and using the tools you need to navigate your environment and to be your truest and best self. When working with me, you can expect to gain a deeper insight and awareness of who you are, as well as where you want to go from here. While a lot of the work is done in session, therapy primarily provides the framework for you to continue to process and apply the tools and insights to your day to day life.
