I am a Board Certified and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) who specializes in women and maternal mental health. I have Masters degrees in elementary education and clinical mental health counseling, with additional training in perinatal mood disorders and early childhood trauma. I offer treatment for women struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, a history of complex traumas, and navigating relationship dynamics. Additionally, I work with those who are navigating any stage of motherhood, experiencing perinatal anxiety/depression or mood disorders, or struggling with finding yourself again as a mother. As a woman and/or mother, it can feel like you are buried underneath the relentless demands & needs of everyone else in your life. It can leave you feeling invisible, angry, & exhausted. It doesn’t have to feel that way - together we can uncover your needs, wants, & desires so you can feel visible and alive in your own life again. In therapy, I hold space for you to explore your own needs & wants, and examine the barriers & past patterns that get in the way of how you want to show up in your life. Together we will develop a plan and framework to implement the change you need and want.
