I am here to be your personal cheerleader, encouraging you to go after what you want and assessing what's holding you back from the vision of your best self. Whether it's relationship issues, difficulty with school/work, or overwhelming feelings that make things feel harder than they should be, I am here to support you. Starting therapy can seem overwhelming. I assure my clients that they are in the driver’s seat and I am here to support and guide towards goals that they have created and changes that they want to make.
