I used to think crazy was the new norm. Did you know that most of us who have fallen in love have temporarily had our body release the same neurotransmitters that ironically make us feel as if we are crazy in love, too. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I look at helping people work on how they're connecting and growing their relationships with themselves and with their partners to address navigating areas of conflict, change, and ultimately growth and advancement to the next stage developmentally.
