As a therapist with over 20 years experience as a doula, parent educator, and mother of four, I can offer you one on one sessions via telehealth or in peaceful outdoor walk and talk settings to provide a safe space for processing, skill building, and restoring your confidence in yourself and your mothering capabilities.
