Introduction

I’m a professional counselor/ coach committed to helping individuals of all ages reconnect (or introduce for the first time) with the best version of themselves! Healthier behaviors are learned via a myriad of options with Life of Balance; including, but not limited to individual counseling, workshops, seminars, speaking engagements and podcasts. Each client is reached differently, and my passion and purpose is simple. Deliver, that's it. Deliver the service that meets your needs the best! OUTREACH is near and dear to me, and everyone deserves awareness and access to mental health care. Each year the Life of Balance brand offers two initiatives. 1. The Mobile Counseling Clinic hits the road to educate under-resourced communities on mental health issues on the rise. 2. Volunteers of LoB create care packages for the homeless. This program collects toiletry donations throughout the year to benefit the homeless population.
