Introduction

My goal is to offer support and provide guidance to aid you in breaking down the barriers that often accompany anxiety, depression and life stage adjustments. I have a particular affinity for assisting those with grief and loss related to a loved one, career, relationship, or physical capacity and feel honored to join you on your journey back to where hope lives. I will help you to see the strength already within you and assist you in becoming an active participant in navigating the peaks and valleys of your life. Together we will explore and develop healthier ways of coping with life's many challenges and discover what is truly possible. Prior to earning my degrees I worked for many years with Seniors and people 18 and older who were managing various mental and physical challenges. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and have worked in both community mental health and private practice.
