Whether you are experiencing a mental health concern, had a major life change, are recovering from a traumatic event, or are experiencing any of life’s challenges, there is hope and support to help you enjoy life again.I have over thirty years of experience specializing in anxiety, depression, low self esteem, trauma (I offer EMDR), and life transitions. Using evidence-based techniques we can work together towards meeting your personal goals. I will practical strategies to use in everyday life, while exploring what brought you to this place of wanting change in your life. There is nothing more rewarding to me than meeting new people and being able to help them make positive changes in their lives. My hope is that I can provide a space for you where you feel comfortable as you begin your journey to wellness.
