Introduction

As a cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapist, artist and somatic practitioner, I approach therapy from an unconventional, holistic, and integrative framework. I’m not here to pathologize or label you; instead, I support you in cultivating internal and informal resources, resolving outdated thinking and behavioral patterns, and connect you with your true authentic self so that you may experience more freedom, personal self-initiation, and ease in your life. I believe you contain the ability to rewrite your inner narratives by reclaiming the power of your personal story to heal from painful past experiences. I focus on the therapeutic relationship as a vessel to support you in increasing your self-awareness and ability to overcome obstacles through interpersonal, familial, communal and social connections. As a trauma-informed clinician I prioritize safety, choice, and collaboration in our work together. You are the expert of your personal experiences and more so capable of long-lasting change.
