I provide individual therapy to adults utilizing an integrative counseling approach that uses techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and person centered therapy techniques to help my clients meet their goals. I have worked with a variety of mental health conditions including ADHD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Adjustment Disorders, Depression, and Anxiety. I also specialize in working with a variety of presenting problems including Grief & Loss, Domestic Violence, Parenting difficulty & Family Relationship difficulties. I seek to understand the each client's outlook and meet each client where they are and help them get to where they want to be.
